iPhone 6 of 4.7 Inch Hits Production in July while iPhone 6 of 5.5 Inch in August

The iPhone 6 will have two options, the 4.7 inch one and the 5.5 inch. Both of them will be launched at different dates, one in July and one in August.

The confirmation of this dates have been made by the Economic Daily, they say that the 5.5 inch version will be available in the second week of August. Apple has not commentated on why the release dates are different, but rumours are saying that either they don’t have enough on stock or that they don’t think they will have such a big demand for the iPhone 6.

There were some rumours that claimed Apple will launch the iPhone 6 on 19th September or 25th, but they are not true. Fun fact, Apple is following their tradition of releasing products on Fridays.

Another rumour is saying that there are not enough saphire glasses, which is the raw material that he iPhone 6 screen will be made of, or that Apple are having problems with the productions of the 5.5 inch version iPhone 6. The saphire glass is harder to find and is more expensive than the old screen Apple used(Corning Gorilla).

Economic Daily also mentioned that Foxconn has 100.000 extra workers for the production of iPhone 6, they are also using Foxbots robots for more speed in the procces of building the devices. The Foxbots will have easy jobs like polishing the devices or tightening screws, but it will make the procces go alot more faster.

There is a lot of hype around the iPhone 6, people are expecting it to be the best iPhone version, to be slimmer, faster and bigger. The dimension changes might affect the battery life of the device.
